在4 ℃低温条件下,测定了不同浓度PEG-6000胁迫马铃薯试管苗的丙二醛、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、叶绿素含量及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性。结果表明, PEG-6000胁迫可使低温下马铃薯试管苗丙二醛含量增加,脯氨酸、叶绿素含量发生变化,酶活性表现出不同程度的上升趋势。

This article has studied the effects on superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase(POD) and catalase (CAT) activity as well as on the contents of malondidehyde(MDA), soluble protein, proline and chlorophyll of potato seedlings in vitro treated with different concentrations of PEG-6000 under low temperature of 4 ℃.The results indicated that PEG-6000 make stress on the potato seedlings in vitro under low temperature, leading their the contents of MDA increased, make the changes of contents of proline and chlorophyll. The rise trend of different degrees have been showed by enzymatic activety.
