依托合作市县域耕地资源管理信息系统，采用特尔斐法、层次分析法等，将合作市境内耕地按油菜适宜性划分为高度适宜、适宜、勉强适宜、不宜种植种植4个等级。其中高度适宜种植区占全市总耕地面积的10.17%，适宜种植区占全市总耕地面积的61.58%，勉强适宜种植区占全市总耕地面积的15.33%，不适宜种植区占全市总耕地面积的12.92%。
