在日光温室内测定了马铃薯品种大西洋正茬、连作1~4 a叶片的光合特性。结果表明,马铃薯盛花期9:30~11:30时光合速率正茬最高,为12.97 μmol/(m2·s),随连作年限增加呈逐渐减小趋势,之后又有所增加。成熟期光合速率随连作年限增加呈逐步下降的趋势。马铃薯叶片净光合速率最高值均出现在11:00时左右,之后不断下降。蒸腾速率(Tr)最高值出现在12:00~13:00时。

The leaf photosynthetic characteristics of potato variety daxiyang of first-planting and continuous cropping 1year ~ 4 years were determined in sunlight greenhouse . The results showed that the leaf photosynthetic rate of first-planting treatment are highest(12.97 μmol/(m2·s] from 9:30 to 11:30 at potato full-bloom stage, there was a gradually decreasing trend with continuous cropping years increase, then increased again . there was a gradually decreasing trend of photosynthetic rate with continuous cropping years increase at potato mature stage, photosynthetic rate was increased with continuous cropping gradual decline . maximum concentration of net photosynthetic rate in potato leaves was discovered around 11:00 pm, then continuously decreased, maximum concentration of transpiration rate was discovered in 12:00 to 13:00 .
