利用生物基因组学数据库，对生长分化因子9(Growth Differentiation Factor 9，GDF 9)基因进行生物信息学分析。结果表明，绵羊GDF 9基因含有1个1 362 bp的开放阅读框，编码452个氨基酸；GDF 9蛋白分子质量为51 773.63 D；GDF 9基因主要位于细胞膜及膜外，参与机体的信号转导调控。

The physicochemical characteristics， structures and functions of ovine GDF 9 were predicted and analyzed using software tools and database of biological genomics . Meanwhile， the phylogenetic tree of GDF 9 and related proteins was constructed . The results showed that the ORF of GDF 9 was 1 362 bp which encoded 452 amino acids . The sheep protein of LHβ was 51 773.63 D in molecular weight . The GDF 9 played an important role in signal transducer in membrane .
