陇油13号是以不育系24A为母本，恢复系C6为父本组配而成的甘蓝型春油菜三系杂交组合。在2011—2012年甘肃省春油菜区域试验和2013年生产试验中，表现高产、优质、适应性广等特点，适宜甘肃省春油菜区推广种植。

Longyou 13 was a newly three-lines hybrid bred spring rapeseed variety(Brassica napus L .) by parental combination of male sterile line 24A and the restorer line C6 . The results shows that the characters of high yield， high quality and wide adaptation in the spring rapeseed regional trials in the period 2011 — 2013， and production test in 2013 in Gansu . It is suitable to be grow in spring planting in Gansu province .
