[摘要]
以当归种子为材料,研究激素组合、培养基对当归愈伤组织的诱导及植株再生的影响。结果表明:适宜当归愈伤组织的诱导培养基为H+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D,出愈率达到97.92%。继代增殖最佳培养基为H+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D+1.0 mg/L IAA。诱导丛生芽的最佳培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L ZT,最高诱导率为90.3%。适合无根苗生根的培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IAA,生根率达35.5%。

[Abstract]
The seeds of Angelica sinensis are used to study the influence of different hormone combinations and media on callus induction and plant regeneration. The result shows that the optimal madium for callus induction is H+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D, and on it, the callus forming rate could reach to 97.92%; the optimal medium for induction of adventitious buds is 1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L ZT, and the highest induction rate is 90.3%;1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L IAA is the best for rooting, and the rooting rate could reach to 35.5%.
