In this paper， outlined an early qualitative and quantitative monitoring of the Puccinia striiformis f . sp . Tritici， introduced the design and application of species specific primer of Puccinia striiformis f . sp . Tritici fungus， mainly includes the development of the specific markers of physiological races of Puccinia striiformis f . sp . Tritici races， and application of the specific primers of Puccinia striiformis race .
