采用食品安全国家标准中相关测定方法,对贵州喀斯特山区野生榛子18个样品的营养成分进行测定,结果显示,贵州喀斯特山区的野生榛子皮厚、出仁率低,但榛仁中能量、总碳水化合物、蛋白质、灰分、脂肪等营养成分丰富,尤其是VA、VE较丰富,为贵州喀斯特山区野生榛子营养成分相关性分析及后期品种选育提供了依据。

This paper tested nutrients of 18 wild hazelnut samples from the karst mountains of Guizhou Province according to the specifications in national food safety standards. The results showed that wild hazelnuts in the local area have thicker skin and lower rate of kernel production, but have richer nutrients such as energy, total carbohydrate, protein, ash content, and fat, especially VA and VE. The research provides references for the nutrient correlation analysis and later variety breeding of wild hazelnuts in karst mountains of Guizhou.
