对厚朴、白玉兰、紫玉兰的种子进行沙藏和冷藏处理,在3种基质中进行发芽试验,结果表明:厚朴、白玉兰、紫玉兰经冷藏处理的种子发芽慢, 持续时间长,发芽率低,而沙藏处理的种子发芽快, 持续时间短,发芽率较高。其中以厚朴经沙藏处理的种子在田园土+泥炭(1∶1)的基质中发芽最快,为17 d;发芽持续天数最短,为42 d;发芽率最高,为72.0%。

The seeds of Houpu、 Magnolia and purplia Magnolia are storaged in sand and refrigeration processing, the germination test is carried out in the three different matrix. The result shows that Houpu、 Magnolia and purplia Magnolia seeds have been treated with cold storage, which is the germinating slowly, longer duration and low germination rate, but the seeds is storaged in sand processing germination fast, shorter duration and high germination rate. Houpu seeds processed treat by storaged in sand is the fastest germination in rural soil + peat (1∶1) matrix, is 17 days; the shortest germination, is 42 days; the highest germination rate, is 72.0%.
