1999-1是平凉黄荚菜豆萌动的种子经秋水仙素浸泡处理，在其变异后代中筛选出的优良株系。中熟，生长势强，果实发育期4～6 d，全生育期110 d左右。果实为鲜黄色，长带形，果荚长26.3 cm，宽2.2 cm；果面光滑，嫩荚实心，果肉厚，单果重26.4 g。每荚4～6粒种子。种皮褐色，千粒重620 g。畸形果少，果实商品性好。高抗炭疽病、细菌性疫病。2013 — 2014年在平凉市崆峒、泾川、华亭等县(区)进行了多点区域试验，1999-1平均折合产量32 152.50 kg/hm2，较对照平凉黄豆角增产53.18%。适宜甘肃、宁夏、内蒙古等地春季露地栽培。
