冬小麦新品种静宁12号以旱大穗为母本，自育品系92品18为父本，通过有性杂交、多代集团混合选择技术选育而成。株高90～120 cm，穗长6.5～7.5 cm，结实小穗15～18个，穗粒数21～53粒，千粒重31.5～51.5 g，容重784 g/L。含粗蛋白140.0 g/kg、赖氨酸3.9 g/kg、湿面筋222.0 g/kg，沉降值(14%水分基)25 mL，粗灰分(干基)18.3 g/kg，水分9.71%。条锈病2级，抗旱性2级，抗寒性2级，后期抗青干，为优质、抗病、抗旱的新品种。在2014 — 2015年度甘肃陇中片区域试验中，平均折合产量4 872.00 kg/hm2，较对照品种陇中1号增产7.3%。适宜在甘肃平凉、定西等地年降水量200～500 mm、海拔2 600 m以下的干旱、半干旱区种植。

In the 2014 — 2015， the average yield reaches 4 872.00 kg/hm2， which is 7.3% higher than that of the check Longzhong 1.
