通过对麦二叉蚜生物型、燕麦种质资源对麦二叉蚜的排趋性、抗生性和耐害性鉴定、组合配置以及杂交后代群体抗性基因标记定位研究的分析，对燕麦抗蚜性鉴定技术、燕麦抗蚜机制、燕麦耐蚜性鉴定、燕麦抗性基因的分子标记等方面的研究进展进行了评述，旨在为燕麦抗蚜种质创制提供思路，解决单基因抗蚜品系应用麦二叉蚜分化新生物型的问题。
