冬小麦新品种中梁32号为天水市农业科学研究所以新抗12号为母本，中04304为父本进行有性杂交，经过系谱法选育而成。在2013 — 2015年甘肃省陇南片区域试验中，2 a折合平均产量6 944.25 kg/hm2，较对品种照兰天19号增产6.8%。2015 — 2016年度参加省陇南片山区组小麦生产试验，5点(次)折合平均产量5 568.00 kg/hm2，较对照品种兰天19号增产4.0%。中梁32号株高104.6 cm，平均穗长8.4 cm，千粒重42.7 g，容重802.00 g/L，粗蛋白含量135.7 g/kg，沉淀指数35.00 mL，湿面筋含量25.1%。经接种鉴定，该品种苗期对混合菌表现中抗，成株期对条中33号、条中34号、贵22-14、贵农其他及混合菌均表现免疫，适于在天水山区及周边海拔1 800 m以下肥力较高的干旱、半干旱地区和南北二阴区种植。
