冬小麦新品种天选54号为天水市农业科学研究所小麦育种中心以温麦8号为母本、9157-3-2-2-1作父本进行有性杂交，采用系谱法经连续的定向选择而成。在2011 — 2013年甘肃省冬小麦陇南片区域试验中，天选54号2 a平均折合产量为6 414.0 kg/hm2，较对照品种兰天17号增产5.17%。2013 — 2014年度参加甘肃省陇南片川区组小麦生产试验，天选54号平均折合产量6 120.0 kg/hm2，较对照品种兰天25号增产7.90%。天选54号属冬性早熟普通小麦，株高80.00 cm左右，穗长平均8.50 cm，千粒重41.25 g，容重756.20 g/L。籽粒含粗蛋白141.2 g/kg，湿面筋267.2 g/kg，沉降值26.5 mL。经接种鉴定，品种苗期对混合菌表现中度抗病，成株期对水4、贵22-14、贵22-9、条中32号、条中33号及混合菌均表现免疫。适宜于天水市、陇南地区河谷川道区及塬台机灌地种植。

Tianxuan 54， a new-bred winter wheat cultivar systematically by crossing with the parental combination of Wenmei 8/9157-3-2-2-1. The average yield of Tianxuan 54 is 6 414.0 kg/hm2 and 5.17% higher than of the check in winter wheat regional test which is conducted during the period 2011 — 2013 in the Longnan district. In 2013 — 2014， the average yield of Tianbxuan 54 is 6 120.0 kg/hm2 and 7.90% higher than of the check in wheat produce test. In addition， the plant heigth is 80.00 cm， ear length is 8.50 cm， thousand grain weight is 41.25 g， bulk weight is 756.2 g/L， seed crude protein is 141.2 g/kg， wet gluten is 267.2 g/kg settlement value of 26.5 mL. By inoculating indentification，the resut shows that Tianxuan 54 is 2/10/60 to mixture race at the seeding stage， immune completely to Shui4、 Gui22-14、 Gui22-9、 CY32、 CY33 and mixture race at the adult stage. It is suitable to be grow in the vally area of Tianshui city and Longnan city.
