采用苯酚-硫酸法测定油橄榄叶多糖含量，优化得出最佳测定条件为苯酚0.8 mL，硫酸4 mL，反应温度20 ℃，反应时间10 min。加样回收率为99.95%，测得油橄榄叶多糖含量为(12.064±0.265) mg/g。

This paper established a phenol - sulfuric acid method for determining the method of olive leaf polysaccharide content， the result shows that the optimized result shows that: A2B1C1D1， namely the best conditions is phenol 0.8 mL， 4 mL of sulfuric acid， reaction temperature 20 ℃， the reaction time is 10 min. The recovery rate is 99.95%. The polysaccharide content is 12.064±0.265 mg/g.
