[摘要]
采用菌丝生长速率法测定了从兰州百合主要种植区县分离的9个叶枯病病原菌株对4种杀菌剂的敏感性,结果表明:扑海因、速克灵对百合叶枯病病菌的抑制效果较好,EC50值均小于1.00 μg/mL;其次为甲基硫菌灵,EC50值为1.61~2.63 μg/mL;嘧菌酯的抑菌效果较差,EC50值最高可达172.25 μg/mL。

[Abstract]
In order to detect the pathogens to four fungicides sensitivity, to provide technical guidance for controlling foliage blight disease of Lanzhou lily. Nine isolates (eight isolates of Botrytis elliptica and one isolate of B. cinerea) is evaluated by mycelial growth inhibition method. The result shows that iprodione and procymidone is more effective fungicides, EC50 values less than 1.00 μg/mL; followed by thiophanate-methyl, EC50 values between 1.61~2.63 μg/mL; azoxystrobin is the lowest, the highest EC50 values is up to 172.25 μg/mL.
