[摘要]
通过低温胁迫对14个辣椒品种发芽率、发芽势及苗期的6个生理指标进行了研究,结果表明,辣椒的发芽率、发芽势及其苗期的6个生理指标与建立的抗寒指数具有一定的吻合性,可快速有效的筛选出抗寒性强的辣椒品种。以18 ℃为抗寒性鉴定温度,对供试的14个辣椒品种抗寒性聚类定性分析表明,抗寒性较强的品种为尖椒9号、陇椒10号、陇椒9号和航椒5号,抗寒性较弱的品种为倚天剑和日本宝剑,其余品种抗寒性中等。

Under the low temperature conditions,the resistance index to coldness is established rapidly via the study of germination rate, germination potential and physiological response of the pepper seedling. The result shows that the germination of pepper 6 physiological indexes, germination potential and seedling rate and the establishment of the cold resistance index has certain anastomosis, it can be effectively screened with strong cold resistance pepper cultivars. At 18 ℃ for identification temperature of cold resistance, 14 pepper cultivars of cold resistance cluster qualitative analysis shows that the cultivars of strong cold resistance are Jianjiao 9, Longjiao 10, Longjiao 9 and Hangjiao 5, the cultivars of weak cold resistance are Yitianjian, Ribenbaojian, and other cultivars with medium cold resistance.
