选取连续种植辣椒3、7、10、15 a的大棚土壤,以种植黄瓜的邻棚土壤为对照进行盆栽试验,研究了连作对辣椒植株株高、茎粗、叶面积、产量、叶片中光合色素质量分数和果实品质的影响。结果表明,随着连作年限增加,辣椒植株的株高、茎粗及产量都明显低于对照;光合色素质量分数降低,其中叶绿素a质量分数和总叶绿素质量分数显著低于对照。连作条件下辣椒果实品质显著下降,其中可溶性固形物质量分数和可溶性蛋白质量分数均显著低于对照。

The greenhouse soil with 3, 7, 10, and 15 years of continuous pepper growing was selected, with the soil of the adjacent shed planted cucumber as control, for a pot experiment which was conducted to study the effects of continuous cropping on plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, yield, photosynthetic pigment content and fruit quality of pepper plant. The results show that the plant height, stem diameter and yield were significantly less than the control with the number of continuous cropping year increases. The mass fraction of photosynthetic pigments decreased, and the mass fraction of chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll were significantly lower than that of the control. The fruit quality of pepper decreased significantly under continuous cropping, and the mass fraction of soluble solids and soluble protein were significantly lower than those of control.
