采用菌丝生长速率法,分别测定放线菌ZZ-9菌株对不同温度及不同药剂的敏感度,旨在为后期生物制剂的研究提供理论依据。结果表明,放线菌ZZ-9对供试4种杀菌剂均表现出一定的敏感性。其中,对戊唑·丙森锌最敏感,EC50值为82.99 μg/mL;对辛菌胺醋酸盐和苯醚甲环唑次之,EC50值分别为139.51 μg/mL和108.22 μg/mL;而对甲基硫菌灵的敏感性最低,EC50值为267.55 μg/mL。质量浓度为50 μg/mL时,戊唑·丙森锌、苯醚甲环唑、辛菌胺醋酸盐和甲基硫菌灵对该菌株的抑制率分别为46.09%、43.48%、39.13%、27.83%。放线菌ZZ-9菌株在35 ℃下生长最好,15 ℃和45 ℃下生长受到明显抑制。

The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the sensitivity of actinomycetes ZZ-9 strain to different temperatures and different agents, aiming to provide an important theoretical basis for the later biological preparation research. The results of the drug test showed that actinomycetes ZZ-9 showed some sensitivity to the four fungicides tested. Among them, actinomycetes ZZ-9 was the most sensitive to ethiazole and propionate zinc, with an EC50 value of 82.99 μg/mL; ciprofloxacin acetate and difenoconazole followed by EC50 values of 139.51 μg/mL and 108.22 μg/mL; and the minimum EC50 value for thiophanate-methyl is 267.55 μg/mL. The difenoconazole, ciprofloxacin acetate and thiophanate-methyl were 46.09%, 43.48%, 39.13% and 27.83%, respectively, when the concentration of thiophanate-methyl was 50 μg/mL. The temperature test showed that the strain EZ-9 had the best growth at 35 ℃. Growth was significantly inhibited at 15 ℃ and 45 ℃.
