以拟南芥为材料,研究了光调控因子HY5、HYH在蔗糖胁迫下花青素积累过程中的作用。结果表明,蔗糖胁迫环境下诱导的花青素(Anthocyanin)的积累依赖于光,糖胁迫诱导花青素的积累过程必须在光存在的条件下进行,在暗处,即使施加高浓度的糖胁迫,也不能明显的诱导花青素的产生,且在暗处短期内不会因胁迫时间的延长而改变花青素的积累量。在这个过程中光调控因子HY5、HYH起了重要作用。与野生型拟南芥Col-0、WS相比,缺失突变体在糖胁迫环境下花青素积累明显减少。

Arabidopsis thaliana was used as the material, the effect of light regulator HY5、HYH on anthocyanin accumulation under sucrose stress were studied. The results indicated that the accumulation of anthocyanin induced by sucrose stress depended on light, and the process of anthocyanin accumulation induced by sucrose stress must be carried out in the presence of light. When high concentration of sucrose stress was applied in the dark, the production of anthocyanin could not be obviously induced. The experiment also proved that the accumulation of anthocyanin in the dark would not change with the prolongation of stress time in a short term. In addition, the light regulator HY5 and HYH played an important role in this process. Compared with wild type control, the anthocyanin accumulation of deletion mutants decreased significantly under sugar stress.
