根据耕地重金属污染预警的“天-地-人通用概念模型”，采用粮食平均单产、耕地人口密度、耕地工业产值3个预警指标，初步建立了平凉市级耕地土壤重金属污染预警系统。结果表明，污染程度在警戒线以下的县区分别为静宁县、灵台县，警戒值分别为3.2、8.7。污染程度为轻度污染警示的县区分别为庄浪县、崇信县，警戒值分别为10.0、11.3。污染程度为中度污染警示的县区为泾川县，警戒值为14.5。污染程度为中重度污染警示的县区分别为崆峒区、华亭县，警戒值分别为22.3、25.8。
