为选育出强杂种优势且高商品价值的甜玉米杂交种,采用NCⅡ不完全双列杂交设计的原理和方法,选用11个玉米自交系组配了30个杂交组合,分别对杂交组合的收获期,株高、穗位、穗长、穗粗、秃尖长、穗行数、行粒数、单穗重和外观及蒸煮品质等10个性状的进行一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA)分析,并估算其遗传参数。结果表明,ST3、ST6、S4和S5的GCA效应值表现优良,可以作为组配强优势组合的优良自交系。筛选出4个表现较好的组合(ST3×S4、ST2×S5、ST1×S3和ST6×S3)。各性状遗传参数分析表明:收获期、品质、穗行数、穗粗和单穗重的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力均较高,多受加性基因控制,可进行早代选择;秃尖长的狭义遗传力较低,受非加性基因作用相对较大,宜在晚代加以选择。

In order to select sweet corn hybrids with strong heterosis and high commodity value, 30 hybridized combinations were made from 11 sweet corn inbred lines by using the method and principle of incomplete dual cross. To 30 hybrid combinations, an analysis of general combining ability(GCA) and specific combining ability(SCA) was performed and genetic parameters was estimated including a total of eight traits in plant height, ear position, ear length, bald tip length, ear rows, row grains, single panicle weight, Appearance and cooking quality. The results showed that ST3, ST6, S4 and S5 can be used as good inbred lines with strong advantage combination because of excellent GCA effect value. Five good combinations (ST3×S4、ST2×S5、ST1×S3、ST6×S3) were screened. The analysis of genetic parameters showed that the broad heritability and narrow heritability of harvest time, quality, rows per ear, ear diameter and single ear weight were higher, which were mostly controlled by additive genes and could be used for early generation selection. The narrow heritability of bald tip length was lower and was relatively affected by non-additive genes, so it was suitable to be selected in later generation.
