在大田条件下,以当地主栽马铃薯品种新大坪为试验材料,以平畦不覆膜为对照,研究了平畦覆膜、全膜双垄垄播、全膜双垄沟播、半膜沟垄垄播、半膜沟垄沟播等5种起垄覆膜方式对旱作马铃薯栽培土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,覆膜处理土壤过氧化氢酶和碱性磷酸酶活性随马铃薯的生长先降低后升高,而脲酶活性先升高后降低。不同覆膜栽培方式下,半膜沟垄沟播和半膜沟垄垄播土壤的碱性磷酸酶活性和过氧化氢活性均高于对照平畦不覆膜和其他处理,而全膜双垄沟播方式下土壤脲活性在播种期显著高于对照平畦不覆膜和其他处理,但随着马铃薯的生长,半膜沟垄沟播和半膜沟垄垄播的土壤脲酶活性高于对照平畦不覆膜和其他处理。表明不同沟垄覆膜栽培模式下,半膜沟垄沟播和半膜沟垄垄播栽培的土壤酶活性优于其他栽培方式。

With the local cultivars Xindaping as the test material, harrow bedding without film mulch(CK) as the control, The effects of five kinds ridge-forming and film-covering modes on soil enzyme activity of potato were studied, which full plastic-film mulching on double ridges with ridges planting, full plastic-film mulching on double ridges with furrow planting, half plastic-film mulching on furrow and ridges with ridges planting, half plastic-film mulching on furrow and ridges with furrow planting. The results indicated that the activity of soil catalase and alkaline phosphatase decreased first and then increased and urease activity increased first and then decreased with the growth of potatoes after film mulch cropping patterns. Under different mulching culture methods, alkaline phosphatase activity and catalase activity of half plastic-film mulching on furrow and ridges with ridges planting mode , half plastic-film mulching on furrow and ridges with furrow planting mode were higher than CK and other treatments, and soil urease activity of full plastic-film mulching on double ridges with furrow planting mode was significantly higher than that in CK and other treatments, but as the potatoes grow, soil urease activity of half plastic-film mulching on furrow and ridges with ridges planting mode and half plastic-film mulching on furrow and ridges with furrow planting mode were higher than that of CK and other treatments. The test results showed that half plastic-film mulching on furrow and ridges with ridges planting mode and half plastic-film mulching on furrow and ridges with furrow planting mode were was better than that of other cultivation pattern under different ridge-forming and film-covering modes.
