选取武汉市青山公园中8个典型样方,运用群落学常规样方调查法,获取了样方的多样性指数、优势科和优势树种的重要值。结果表明:丰富度排序为乔木层 > 灌木层 > 草本层,Shannon-wiener多样性为乔木层 > 灌木层 > 草本层,Simpson多样性为草本层 > 乔木层 > 灌木层,Pielou均匀度为乔木层 > 灌木层 > 草本层。园内植物群落分布较不均匀,有些样方的植物多样性明显低于其他样方。草本层多样性较低,甚至有些草本因管理不善等原因已经消失。公园植物配置决定了植物群落的多样性,人为干扰和周边环境也对植物多样性有一定影响。建议适当增加具有观赏性的乡土树种,在对乔灌木粗放管理的同时需保护草本层的生长环境。

In the study, eight samples from Qingshan Park in Wuhan City were selected. The sample diversity index, dominant families, and important tree species values were obtained using routine quadrat investigation methods. The results showed that the order of richness was tree Layer > shrub layer > herb layer. The Shannon-wiener diversity is arbor layer > shrub layer > herb layer. Simpson diversity is herb layer > arbor layer > shrub layer. Pielou evenness is arbor layer > shrub layer > herb layer. The distribution of plant communities in the park is uneven, and the plant diversity in some plots is significantly lower than in other plots. The diversity of herbaceous layers is low, and even some herbs have disappeared due to poor management. The plant configuration in the park determines the diversity of the plant community. Other human disturbances and the surrounding environment also have a certain influence on plant diversity. It is recommended that ornamental native tree species should be appropriately increased and the growth environment of herbaceous layer should be protected while extensive management of trees and shrubs is carried out.
