玉米新品种九洋528(YDF528)是以自选系FH5263为母本、自选系FH088为父本组配选育的玉米新杂交种。在2014 — 2015年甘肃省中晚熟组玉米区域试验中，2 a平均折合产量为 11 244.0 kg/hm2，比对照品种沈单16增产6.7%。2016年参加甘肃省玉米品种生产试验，平均折合产量11 299.5 kg/hm2，比对照品种先玉335增产8.0%。抗倒性强，抗茎腐病，抗穗腐病，中抗瘤黑粉病。植株为紧凑型。平均生育期138 d，属中晚熟品种。株高279.7 cm，百粒重36.2 g，出籽率87.3%，容重775.0 g/L。籽粒含粗蛋白(干基)91.2 g/kg、粗脂肪(干基)42.8 g/kg、粗淀粉(干基)719.4 g/kg、赖氨酸(干基)3.5 g/kg。适宜在甘肃省会宁、秦安、清水、灵台、镇原、环县等同类生态区种植。

Jiuyang 528(YDF 528) is a new corn hybrid， bred with selfselected line FH5263 as female parent and self-selected line FH088 as male parent. In 2014 — 2015， the average yield in 2 a was 11 244.0 kg/hm2， 6.7% higher than the control shendan16 in Gansu Corn Regional Test. In 2016， the average yield of Jiuyang 528 was 11 299.5 kg/hm2， which was 8.0% higher than that of Xianyu 335 in Gansu Corn Regional Test. It has strong lodging resistance， to moderate resistance to stalk rot and ear rot， antineoplastic smut. The plants are compact. The average growth period is 138 days， belong to a medium and late ripening cultivar， plant height is 279.7 cm， 100-grain weight is 36.2 g， seed yield is 87.3%， and bulk weight is 775.0 g/L. The content of crude protein (dry base) is 91.2 g/kg， crude fat (dry base)is 42.8 g/kg， crude starch (dry base) is 719.4 g/kg， and lysine(dry base) is 3.5 g/kg. It is suitable to be grown in Huining， Qinan， Qingshui， Lingtai，Zhenyuan， Huanxian of Gansu Province and other similar ecological areas.
