综述了遗传因素和环境因素对玉米种子活力的影响，对种子活力的测定方法进行阐述，展望了玉米种子活力研究的方向。

In this paper， the influence of genetic factors and environmental factors on seed vigor of corn were summarized. The determination methods of seed vigor of corn were expounded. The research direction of seed vigor of corn was also forecasted.
