[摘要]
用不同浓度的脱落酸(ABA)对4个白菜型冬油菜品种的种子进行浸种处理,研究不同浓度ABA浸种对低温条件下白菜型冬油菜种子萌发及相关生理指标的影响。结果表明,较低温度下(5、10 ℃),各供试材料的发芽率、根长、芽长均随着ABA浓度的提高而降低,20 ℃时,1 mg/L、5 mg/L的ABA处理对种子萌发均有促进作用。ABA处理可增强过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性,提高可溶性糖含量。强抗寒性品种(陇油6号、陇油7号)在较低温度下,POD、SOD、CAT仍具有较高活性。

The seeds of four winter rapeseed cultivars (Brassica rapa L.) are treated with different concentrations of abscisic acid(ABA), to study the effect on the seed germination and related physiological indices by ABA at low temperature. The results showed that at low temperature (5 ℃, 10 ℃), germination rate, root length, shoot length of each material were reduced with the increase of concentration of ABA treatment, but when at 20 ℃, 1 mg/L and 5 mg/L the ABA treatment are promoting effect on the seed germination. ABA treatment could increase the activities of CAT, POD, SOD and APX activity, and increase soluble sugar content. Strong cold-resistant cultivars (Longyou 6 and Longyou 7) at low temperature, POD, SOD and CAT still have the high activity.
