概述了我国有关肉豆蔻中肉豆蔻油、木脂素和总酚等主要功能成分提取工艺的研究进展，为肉豆蔻综合开发应用提供参考。

Based on the literature learning method and summarization， the domestic research progresses on the extraction technology of nutmeg oil， lignans， total phenolics and the other main functional components of nutmeg were reviewed. These issues provide a reference for further development and integrated utilization of nutmeg.
