以长春花幼嫩顶芽与茎段为外植体，研究了不同灭菌剂及处理时间对外植体的灭菌效果及外植体材料对愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明，长春花顶芽为外植体，用75%酒精灭菌30 s+0.1%升汞灭菌300 s效果较好，此条件下外植体污染率为5.5%、褐变率为9.3%。愈伤组织诱导培养基以MS＋3.0 mg/L 6-BA ＋2.0 mg/L 2，4-D效果较好，诱导率可达86.6%。以长春花顶芽为外植体时产生愈伤组织的时间较旱，出愈率为92.6%，愈伤组织团块大、致密，表面有小疣突，预期有较好的不定芽分化能力。

In this paper，the young top buds and stem segments of Catharanthus roseus were used as explants to study the effects of different sterilization agents and treatment time on the sterilization of explants and the effects of different explants on callus induction.
