以天水市张家川县人工驯化栽培的乌龙头为试材,研究了不同温度处理对乌龙头贮藏期间品质的影响。结果表明,0~2 ℃低温贮藏可有效延长乌龙头贮藏期,保持乌龙头品质,其保鲜效果优于2~4、4~6、6~8 ℃,可显著抑制乌龙头腐烂与失重,提高感官品质,维持乌龙头叶绿素含量和Vc含量。

With the artificial domestication and cultivation of aralia elata in Zhangjiachuan County, Tianshui City as the test material, the effects of different temperature treatments on the quality of Aralia elata during storage were studied. The results showed that low temperature storage at 0~2 ℃ could effectively prolong the storage period and maintain the quality of Aralia elata, and its preservation effect was better than that at 2~4 ℃, 4~6 ℃ and 6~8 ℃, which could significantly inhibit the decay and weight loss of Aralia elata, improve the sensory quality and maintain the chlorophyll content and Vc content of Aralia elata.
