通过总结国内外大麦产业发展概况，结合对甘肃省大麦产业发展现状的分析，指出了甘肃省大麦产业发展中的优势以及存在的机械化水平偏低、优质高产标准化技术整体偏低、产业化水平偏低等问题，并从加强大麦新品种的培育、加强对栽培技术研究、构架良好的大麦供销体系、加大对大麦产业的政策扶持等方面提出了今后的发展策略。

This paper summarized the present situation of the development of the barley industry at domestic and foreign， and combined with the present situation of the development of barley industry in Gansu， analyzed the development of the barley industry in Gansu advantage and the existing problems of low level of mechanization， low standardization technology of quality and high-yield， and low level of industrialization， and from the increase of barley industry policy support， the framework of good barley supply and marketing system， strengthen the cultivation of new barley varieties， strengthen the research on cultivation techniques is proposed to promote Gansu barley industry development， the effective ways to help farmers out of poverty 'income.
