冬小麦新品种武都19号以97-4-6-2-1-2为母本、98SF531-1-4-1(92R178/D599)为父本杂交,采用系谱法选育而成。在2013 — 2015年甘肃省陇南片川区组区域试验中,2 a 12点(次)平均折合产量6 766.5 kg/hm2,较对照品种兰天25号增产9.4%。在2015 — 2016年度甘肃省陇南片川区组生产试验中,平均折合产量5 653.5 kg/hm2,较对照品种兰天25号增产5.3%。生育期247 d,株高103.5 cm,穗长9.1 cm,穗粒数45.2粒,千粒重42.2 g。籽粒含粗蛋白(干基)152.7 g/kg、粗灰分(干基)24.5 g/kg、湿面筋287.5 g/kg、赖氨酸3.91 g/kg,沉淀值43.5 mL,容重805.5 g/L。经接种鉴定,苗期对混合菌表现免疫,成株期对供试菌系条中32号、水4、贵22-9及贵22-14及混合菌表现免疫,总体抗性表现优异。可在陇南市半山干旱、半干旱区、徽成盆地及低半山河谷川台地区和天水市甘谷、清水、麦积等地区种植。

Wudu 19 is a new winter wheat cultivar, bred by pedigree method with 97-4-6-2-1-2 as female parent and 98SF531-1-4-1(92R178/D599) as male parent. In 2013 — 2015, the average yield in 2 a 12 sites(times) was 6 766.5 kg/hm2 and 9.4% higher than that of the check Lantian 25 in South Gansu Regional Trial. In 2015 — 2016, the average yield was 5 653.5 kg/hm2, which was 5.3% higher than the control Lantian 25 in Gansu South Regional Trial. The growth period is 247 d, plant height is 103.5 cm, ear length is 9.1 cm, ear grain number is 45.2, 1000-grain weight is 42.2 g. The crude protein (dry basis) of grain is 152.7 g/kg, crude ash (dry basis) is 24.5 g/kg, wet gluten is 287.5 g/kg, lysine is 3.91 g/kg, sedimentation value is 43.5 mL and bulk weight is 805.5 g/L. By inoculation and identification, it was immunity to mixed bacteria at seedling stage, and immunity to tested strains CY 32, Shui 4, Gui 22-9, Gui 22-14 and mixed bacteria at adult stage, overall resistance was excellent. It can be planted in mid-mountain arid, semi-arid area of Longnan City, Huicheng basin and low-mid-mountain valley area and Gangu, Qingshui and Maiji areas of Tianshui City and other areas.
