以中黄24大豆种子为材料,采用酶活性测定技术,初步研究了二氧化硫处理对大豆幼苗叶片细胞过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。结果表明,用60 mg/m3 SO2熏气处理2 h后,大豆幼苗叶片细胞CAT活性先降低,后又逐渐恢复;POD和SOD的活性在SO2熏气处理后升高。说明60 mg/m3 SO2熏气处理对大豆幼苗细胞抗氧化酶活性的影响不同,这可能与大豆对SO2的抗性有关。

Using Zhonghuang 24 soybean seeds as materials, the effects of SO2 treatment on the activities of antioxidant enzymes, especially CAT, POD and SOD in the leaves of soybean seedlings were elementary studied using assay of enzyme activities. The results showed that CAT activity of soybean seedling leaf cells first decreased, and then recovered gradually after fumigation with a concentration of 60 mg/m3 SO2 for 2 hours. The activity of POD and SOD increased after SO2 fumigation. It was suggested that 60 mg/m3 SO2 fumigation had different effects on antioxidant enzyme activity in soybean seedling cells, which might be related to SO2 resistance of soybean.
