[摘要]
测定了二月兰叶斑病病原菌甘蓝链格孢种子带菌率及6种杀菌剂对其的毒力。结果显示,二月兰种子上存在叶斑病病原菌甘蓝链格孢,其带菌率为31.3%。98%咯菌腈对甘蓝链格孢具有良好的杀菌效果,EC50值为0.091 2 μg/mL;97%异菌脲、95%戊唑醇和95%吡唑醚菌酯杀菌效果较好,EC50值分别为0.1974 μg/mL、0.373 3 μg/mL和0.609 9 μg/mL;98%嘧菌酯和98%多菌灵效果较差,EC50值分别为146.855 1 μg/mL和134.495 4 μg/mL。综上认为,二月兰叶斑病病菌甘蓝链格孢具有种子传播危害的可能,98%咯菌腈对其具有较好毒力,其次为97%异菌脲、95%戊唑醇和95%吡唑醚菌酯。

The carrying rate of Alternaria brassicicola of Orychophragmus violaceus seed and toxicity measurement of 6 fungicides on the bacteria were determined. The results showed that separation ratio of Alternaria brassicicola was 31.3%in Orychophragmus violaceus seeds. Meantime toxicity measurement results showed that 98% Fludioxonil good bactericidal effect on Alternaria brassicicola of Orychophragmus violaceus,and the EC50 values was 0.091 2 μg/mL. The higher toxicity were 97% Iprodione, 95%Tebuconazole and 95% Pyraclostrobin, and the EC50 values were 0.197 4 μg/mL, 0.373 3 μg/mL and 0.609 9 μg/mL, respectively. The lowest toxicity were 98% Azoxystrobin and 98% Carbendazim, and the EC50 values were 146.855 1 μg/mL and 134.495 4 μg/mL, respectively. In conclusion, Alternaria brassicicola of Orychophragmus violaceus had the possibility of seed dispersal harm, and 98% Fludioxonil had best virulence to Alternaria brassicicola of Orychophragmus violaceus, then 97% Iprodione, 95% Tebuconazole and 95% Pyraclostrobin.
