[摘要]
甘南藏族自治州境内高寒阴湿温差大,土壤肥力高,适宜羊肚菌生长。经对采自甘南藏族自治州的野生羊肚菌进行组织分离,获得21份菌丝培养物,并对其采用ITS、ef1-α、rpb1以及rpb2片段联合矩阵序列分析鉴定。结果表明,21个供试菌株均属黑色羊肚菌支系,其中19株为三地羊肚菌(Morchella eohespera),2株为羊肚菌属Mel-13,且这2种羊肚菌目前已实现人工栽培。

Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture has high cold damp, large temperature difference between day and night, and fertile soil, which is very suitable for the growth of Morchella spp. 21 mycelium cultures were obtained by tissue isolation from wild Morchella collected from Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in this study, and were identified by ITS, ef1-α, rpb1 and rpb2 joint matrix sequence analysis. The results showed that all the 21 strains were Elata Clade, 19 of which were Morchella eohespera, and 2 strains were Morchella spp. Mel-13., Moreover, these two kinds of Morchella have been cultivated artificially.
