分析了森林破坏对自然环境的影响和林业生态修复与环境保护的关系，指出了林业生态建设与修复中存在的主要问题，提出了优化林业产业结构，提高林业资源利用率；优化林业生态系统，提高林业的环境效益；平衡经济效益与生态效益之间的关系；建立林业生态保护监测长效机制和预警信息系统等基于环境保护视角的林业生态修复策略。

To point out the main conflicts existing in the process of ecological construction and restoration， the impacts of forest destruction on the natural environment and the relationship between forestry ecological restoration and environmental protection were analyzed， putting forward to optimize the structure of forestry industry and to improve forestry resource utilization. Besides that， updating forestry economical system， improving the environmental effects of forestry， balancing the relationship between economic benefits and ecological benefits， as well as setting up long-term monitoring mechanism of forestry protection and early warning information system which are based on the perspective of environmental protection， and amounts of other ecological restoration methods were suggested.
