随着鲜食玉米产业的不断发展，甘肃鲜食玉米品种选育相对滞后，为此酒泉市农业科学研究院以自交系Pg-B为母本、自交系15N2为父本组配选育出了鲜食糯玉米一代杂交种酒糯4103。该品种在2017 — 2018年进行的甘肃省鲜食玉米糯玉米组区域试验中，2017年鲜穗平均折合产量为18 166.5 kg/hm2，比对照品种京科糯569增产15.15%；2018年鲜穗平均折合产量19 720.5 kg/hm2，比对照品种白玉糯909增产15.90%。苗期生长势强，成株茎秆粗壮，株型紧凑。株高265 cm，果穗锥型，籽粒白紫色、糯质型。籽粒含粗淀粉(干基)608.3 g/kg、粗蛋白121.4 g/kg，支链淀粉含量为100%，直链淀粉含量为0。鲜穗采收期为101 d，鲜穗采收最佳时期一般在吐丝后26～28 d。品质综合评价评分为85.5分，达到农业农村部颁布的糯玉米二级标准。高抗丝黑穗病和瘤黑粉病。适宜在甘肃省酒泉、张掖、武威、兰州、白银、天水、庆阳、平凉、陇西等地及相似生态区域种植。

It tookd about 101 days from sowing to harvesting， and the best harvest time of fresh ear was generally 26 to 28 days after silking. The comprehensive evaluation score of quality was 85.5， which reached the waxy maize secondary standard issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The variety was highly resistant to Maize Head Smut and Sphacelotheca reiliana. It was suitable to be planted in Hexi corridor of Gansu Province(Jiuquan， Zhangye， Wuwei)， central and eastern regions (Lanzhou、 Baiyin、 Qingyang、 Pingliang、 Longxi) and similar ecological areas.
