普惠金融所能更好地助力新时期乡村振兴和农业农村现代化战略顺利的实施，运用定性分析结合经验研究，根据甘肃省农业、农村和农民的发展现状，提出普惠金融应在农业特色产业培育、农村社会事业发展和农民增收等方面为甘肃省乡村振兴提供更好服务，从而实现普惠金融有效支持“三农”发展的目的，这对于未来推动全省农业农村现代化和实现城乡共同富裕具有重要理论意义和现实借鉴价值。

Inclusive finance institute would be able to aid the implementation of Rural Revitalization and Agricultural and Rural Modernization Strategy in Gansu Province in the new era, according to the development status of 'Agriculture, rural areas and farmers' in Gansu Province, through the combination of qualitative analysis and empirical research, this paper put forward that inclusive finance should be more focused on the cultivation of agricultural characteristic industries, the development of rural social undertakings and the increase of farmers' income so that better services for the Rural Revitalization of the whole province could be provided and the goal of effectively supporting the development of 'Agriculture, rural areas and farmers' through inclusive finance could be achieved, which has important theoretical significance and practical reference value for promoting the agricultural and rural modernization of the whole province and realizing the common prosperity of urban and rural areas in the future.
