为了解子午岭林区野生白囊耙齿菌生物学特性，为其进一步开发利用奠定基础。采用生长速率法测定不同培养条件对其菌丝生长的影响。结果表明，最适宜菌丝生长的碳源是果糖，氮源是酵母膏，最适生长温度为25 ℃，菌丝致死温度为50 ℃条件下处理15 min，对pH的适应范围较广，pH 5.0～10.0条件下生长差异不显著。

In order to clarify the biological characteristics of wild Irpex lacteus(Fr.) Fr. in forest region of Ziwu mountain for further development and utilization, the effects of different culture conditions on the growth of its mycelia were measured by growth rate method. The results showed that the most suitable carbon and nitrogen source were fructose and yeast extract, respectively, the optimal growth temperature was 25 ℃ and the lethal temperature was 50 ℃ for 15 min. The suitable growth range of pH value for mycelia was wide, and no significant difference was detected from the pH value range of 5.0 to 10.0.
