为了优化甘肃省农业产业链组织结构，提升产业链生产效率，根据《甘肃省“十四五”数字经济创新发展规划》统计数据，用数字农业理论分析了甘肃省数字农业发展现状与存在的问题。从平台建设、基地建设、技术创新、社会服务、人才培养等方面提出了甘肃省发展数字农业的建议:加强数字农业平台建设，打造基于产业链的综合性信息服务平台；强化数字农业技术研发，在遥感和气象领域进行技术突破；以数字技术创新推动农业社会化服务发展；重点建设一批具有引领带动作用的数字农业示范基地；重视数字农业学科发展，培养数字农业细分专项人才。

For the purpose of optimizing the organizational structure of the agricultural industry chain in Gansu Province and improving production efficiency, with the statistical data of 'the 14th Five-Year Plan for Digital Economy Innovation and Development of Gansu Province' this paper analyzed the development status and existing problems of digital agriculture in Gansu Province. In Gansu Province, suggestions for promoting digital agriculture were proposed through platform construction, base construction, technological innovation, social services, personnel training, etc. Strengthening the construction of digital agriculture platform and building a comprehensive information service platform based on the industrial chain, increasing research and development in the field of digital agriculture, and making technological breakthroughs in remote sensing and meteorology, promoting the development of agricultural socialization services with digital technology innovation, focusing on building a number of leading digital agriculture demonstration bases, attaching importance of the development of digital agriculture and training special talents for digital agriculture subdivision.
