Studying the interaction between proteins is very important for rice genetic improvement, disease resistance and yield increase, and improving rice quality. This paper introduces a variety of methods for studying protein-protein interaction, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, as well as their research and application in rice. The existing large protein interaction database was summarized for reference by researchers.
