为推进华亭独活产业健康发展，考察、调研华亭独活中药材产业发展的基本情况以及当前高质量推进华亭独活产业化、规模化、效益化发展的制约因素，从人才储备、绿色生产、流通体系、标准规范、品牌战略等方面提出了建议:以开展科研合作为基础，加快人才培养；以中药材生产规范为基础，积极推进华亭独活地方标准的建立；以市场为先导，加快流通体系建设；以宣传和保护为抓手，维护好品牌形象；以提倡绿色种植为理念，引导产业健康发展。

To promote the healthy development of the Angelica biserrata root industry in Huating, this paper, based on the surveys of general information of the Angelica biserrata root industry as well as the constraints restricting the high-quality development of the Angelica biserrata root industry in terms of industrialization, scale and efficiency in Huating, put forward suggestions from the aspects of talent reserve, green production, circulation system, standards and specifications, branding strategy, etc., which were summarized as, accelerating talent training based on scientific research cooperation, actively promoting the establishment of the local standard of Angelica biserrata root based on the production standard of traditional Chinese medicine, taking the market as the guide to speed up the construction of the circulation system, taking publicity and protection as the starting point to maintain the branding image, and guiding the healthy development of the industry by advocating green planting.
